Hari Valentine Kakek

Aku satu-satunya keluarga yang masih berdekatan, maka akulah yang menerima panggilan pertama dari rumah jompo. Kakek dalam keadaan kritis, aku harus segera datang. Kenangan... kenangan... enam hari dalam sepekan, seorang petani dengan kemeja biru tua dan dengan celemek terpasang merawat hewan ternak Hereford yang begitu ia cintai... di hari-hari musim panas menurunkan pak demi pak rumput kering dari kereta, membajak tanah, menanam jagung dan kacang, dan memanennya di musim gugur. Selalu bekerja dari fajar sampai senja hari. Untuk bisa bertahan hidup dituntut kerja, kerja, kerja.

Tetapi pada hari Minggu, setelah membereskan rumah, ia akan memakai topi dan jas abu-abu. Nenek mengenakan baju warna anggurnya dengan manik-manik gading, dan pergilah mereka ke gereja. Kehidupan sosial lainnya tak banyak. Kakek dan Nenek adalah orang yang tenang, damai, tidak emosional yang setiap hari mengerjakan apa yang harus mereka kerjakan. Dialah kakekku--selama 35 tahun. Sulit membayangkan ia memainkan peranan lainnya.

Perawat meminta maaf karena memintaku sesegera mungkin menyingkirkan barang-barang Kakek dari kamarnya. Tak makan waktu lama. Tak banyak barang. Dan akau menemukan sesuatu di laci atas mejanya. Sebuah kartu hari valentine buatan tangan yang sangat tua. Yang mestinya adalah kertas merah pada suatu masa, kini sudah memudar menjadi merah jambu disana-sini. I read that story in the middle of my Indonesian lesson at school. I read that in the Chicken Soup of the woman's soul. And after I read that story, I was going to cry. today...i celebrate my bdae party at grand asia hotel, DP club...

i was very happy until a bad news revealed..

that..at 7.05 AM in the morning..

J.W. Mariott hotel and Ritz Carlton hotel was doomed by bomb...

that was acctually damn suprizing!!!

and the point is...The road is fulled by traffic jam...

and my party was going late...

and...some of my friend can't went to my bdae party...

acctualy she was my candle...

another of my friend said the same thing coz their parent didn't let them..

i was so sad and very2 angry that time..

but,, after school, i received a call from my friend cindyR, she said that she would came to my party..but Stacia couldn't manage it..coz her parents didn't let her...

oh...because of that mass disaster,,,my friend couldn't come coz of the traffic jam...

i was very dissapointed...huh!...and then...about 10-20 person didn't manage to come...

after that,, before the party over,, they went home really quick..so I can't take a picture with my class, my band,, etc...oh...but...i really2 happy coz, they really try their best to at least came...
